Malin & Goetz Moisturiser Review
I first tried the Malin & Goetz Moisturiser when I received a sample size in my liberty Advent calendar for Christmas 2016
I loved this moisturiser so much that I used a cotton bud to get the last teeny tiny bits from the bottom... please tell me someone else does this too?!
The reason I have waited so long to purchase this again was purely because of the price, at £39 this is not a cheap buy.
In the meantime I have been trying to find a cheaper product that has the same results, hence the Body shop vitamin E moisturiser
However, as much as I do think that it is expensive it has a generous 118ml and you only need to use a small amount to get a huge amount of coverage. My usual moisturisers are about 50ml so im hoping this will last double the amount of time.
I love the way my skin feels after using this moisturiser, it feels plump and moisturised and even just after a few days of using this again I have noticed that my skin is clearer.
No Makeup, no filter just moisture |
One of the main reasons I was so keen to go back to this cream is because it contains Salicylic Acid which can help keep those blemishes away. Salicylic Acid can breaks down the skin's layers and exfoliates deeply as well as keeping excess sebum at bay.
This Moisturiser also contains another of my favourite Acids (Hyaluronic Acid) which keeps the skin plump and helps retain water.
As well as the above, the Malin and Goetz moisturiser contains:
- Vitamin E - A Natural antioxidant to help protect the skin from pollutants
- Chamomile - To soothe and calm
- Vitamin B5 - To nourish and protect
The Malin & Goetz team created a line of products that work well for people with sensitive skin, the owners themselves suffer with skin conditions and set out to develop products that can be used by all.
My only gripe about this product would be the packaging, I know it's purposely set out to be no fuss packaging but I do find it hard to read the ingredients list and also when it comes to the end I will have to dig out the cotton buds again to get the last bits out 😂
What do you think of this moisturiser, have you used it before? Let me know in the comments below.
With Love
